I create a safe, supportive space and use my curiosity and empathy, with some challenge, to help individuals define their strengths, build confidence and impact as they go through their leadership journey. 

 

I built my career in one of the world’s largest banks, working in a variety of roles in the UK, China, SE Asia and the Middle East. I’ve been a country COO, a Global Head of Strategy as well as a client adviser and project manager. I am known for being an energetic and engaging leader, building diversity and being willing to challenge the status quo.

 

I trained as a coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching in London in 2016 and am an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach. I’ve coached executives in UK, Asia and the Middle East. Examples include those looking for their first step into leadership, as well as those stepping up into much bigger roles, those reconsidering their career direction, people dealing with redundancy and founders considering how best to scale their business and manage all their stakeholders.

I love to take on a challenge and test the boundaries of my capabilities. As well as my international moves, I am often either planning or participating in a new adventure. These have taken me running on the Great Wall of China, cycling the length of UK or hiking mountains on various continents. Why just visit somewhere if you could cycle or run there?
